Access to content may be restricted by travel dates, location, accommodation details, course duration, and other verification requirements.
Vacation Lectures provide educational services only. We do not provide tax, legal, accounting, immigration, licensing, regulatory, employment, or financial advice.
2. Eligibility to Use the Platform
You may use the platform only if:

Vacation Lectures is recognised as an approved provider of CPD Continued Professional Development and recognised internationally on the CPD register. It is your responsibility to confirm whether a particular course is suitable for your own professional, regulatory, or educational requirements. It is also your responsibility to check acceptance of credits, hours, or learning outcomes by your employer, college, regulator, licensing body, insurer, tax authority, or government agency.
Where accreditation is stated, it applies only to the extent expressly described on the relevant course page or certificate.
4. Registration and Account Information
To register for a lecture series, you may be required to provide:

Because Vacation Lectures is structured around time-limited and destination-linked learning, access to course materials may depend on verification of:

- your scheduled travel dates;

- your device and browser permissions;
- your real-time or periodic geolocation.

We are not responsible for access issues caused by poor connectivity, cruise line limitations, hotel Wi-Fi issues, device settings, VPN interference, user-side browser restrictions, disabled location services, or other third-party technical limitations.
6. Lecture Series Structure
Each lecture series may include one or more of the following:

Unless otherwise stated, all materials must be completed within the access window assigned to your lecture series. Incomplete course days, missed modules, or missed access windows may result in reduced credits, reduced completion records, or no certificate for that portion of the activity.
7. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout and may be subject to applicable taxes, payment processing fees, foreign exchange charges, or bank/card fees imposed by third parties.
We reserve the right to change pricing, discounts, promotions, lecture availability, and package structures at any time before purchase.
8. Cancellation and Refund Policy
We want the booking process to be straightforward and transparent.
All registration fees are fully refundable
If you wish to cancel your lecture series, please contact us using the support details listed on the website.
For clarity:

a full refund is available if you cancel before your lecture series begins;

if your travel plans change, are delayed, or are interrupted, please contact us as soon as possible and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with cancellation, rescheduling, transfer, or credit where appropriate;

once a lecture series has been materially accessed or substantially used, we reserve the right to review refund requests individually where required to prevent abuse of the platform.
Nothing in this section limits any non-excludable consumer rights you may have under applicable law
9. No Tax, Legal, or Accounting Advice
Vacation Lectures is designed to support structured professional learning while travelling. However, Vacation Lectures does not act as your tax advisor, accountant, lawyer, or financial advisor.
