At Vacation Lectures, we believe youth sports tournaments should benefit the whole family. Many parents already travel frequently to support their children’s teams. Our program allows those trips to also support professional development, team fundraising, and responsible business expenses.

Through our Youth Sports Team Partnership Program, parents attending tournaments can complete short, accredited CPD lectures during their stay. Each parent receives a verified CPD certificate and a time, date, and location audit record through our secure platform.

At the same time, Vacation Lectures donates a portion of each lecture purchase directly back to the team. This helps support equipment, tournament fees, travel costs, and other team expenses.

Parents benefit in three ways:

• Potential business expense eligibility through structured professional development while travelling

• Direct financial support for their child’s team through automatic donations from each booking

It turns a typical tournament weekend into something even more valuable. Learning, supporting the team, and making the most of travel that is already happening.

Teams simply register for a unique team code, which parents use when booking. At the end of each month, Vacation Lectures sends the team their fundraising contribution based on the number of participating families.
